While serving in the United States Marine Corps, Nicholas developed strong leadership and teamwork skills. Now a stealth leader and synergist, he connects downward, upward, and across to design business models and systems conversions that actualize the value and unify all stakeholders. His strength is delivering the highest possible ROI, banking on the best cost basis.
Some highlights of his career are as the Corporate VP of a large automation company where he created a sales strategy that decreased the attrition rate by creating solutions that are not easily replaced and increased profit margins by offering turn-key solutions to meet market demand. Additionally, while serving as the VP of Sales for a multi- national automation company, Nicholas was given a budget of $3M and 3 years to design, build, and populate a world class facility that would be the face of the company. He completed the project in record time (1.5 years) and under budget (2M).
Nicholas also started a small automation company in New England, grew it to $4M in sales in 3 years, and sold it to a large automation company, for which he served as president until a successor was found.
